About

I have always been open to and interested in various healing modalities over the years and experienced many of them. It was never something though that I felt called to do until 2015.

I studied energy healing at The LionHeart Institute for Transpersonal Energy Healing which was a profound and wonderful experience and where I received my Body Mind Balance Certificate. I also studied with Deborah King and received my Awakening the Divine Feminine Certificate - Unlocking the sacred power of Healing and Grace and then in 2018 I studied Breathwork with David Elliott with whom I have completed all 4 levels of Healer Training.

I gave Breathwork classes in Los Angeles up until 2019 and also offered private Breathwork and Energy Healing sessions.

In Los Angeles I also led my own workshops which focussed on embracing the light and strength of who you are and shining your authentic self out into the world.

I love to be creative and art has always been something I have been passionate about and I have been painting with acrylics and oils and using colored pencil on abstract designs for many years now and continue to explore different mediums. Over the years, I have exhibited my art in galleries, yoga studios, theaters, at Agape Spiritual Church, Wholefoods and many other venues in England and in Los Angeles.

In 2012 I founded Journey for Earth, a global awareness company all about inspiring change for humanity, the environment and animals and and have interviewed many people around the world who are creating positive change. I believe in the power of one person to make a powerful difference in the world and have given a TEDx change talk about this.

Being health conscious is important to me and I have given talks at schools, wellness centers and at Agape Spiritual Church in Los Angeles about the importance of educating oneself and our children about the food we eat. Our daily choices do impact the world around us.
