"We must shine a Light on all the ways of being that do not serve us any more, so that we can truly shine our Light.”

- Annabel Ruffell

About Annabel
Annabel grew up in a small town not far from London, England. In 2003, her travels around the world led her to Los Angeles, California where she now resides.
She has always been open to and interested in various healing modalities over the years and experienced many of them. It was never something though that she felt called to do herself until 2015. She studied energy healing at The LionHeart Institute for Transpersonal Energy Healing which was a profound and wonderful experience and where she received her Body Mind Balance Certificate. She also studied with Deborah King and received her Awakening the Divine Feminine Certificate - Unlocking the sacred power of Healing and Grace and Breathwork with David Elliott with whom she has completed all 4 levels of Healer Training.
Annabel created her own workshops called "Live with Light" which are focussed on embracing the light and strength of who you are and shining your authentic self out into the world.
Art has always been something Annabel has been passionate about and she has been painting with acrylics and oils and using colored pencil on abstract designs for many years now and continues to explore different mediums. Over the years, she has exhibited her art in galleries, yoga studios, theaters, at Agape Spiritual Church, Wholefoods and many other venues in England and here in Los Angeles.
Journey for Earth
In 2012 she found Journey for Earth, a global awareness company all about inspiring change for humanity, the environment and animals. She has given a TEDx change talk about this and has interviewed many people around the world who are creating positive change. She believes in the power of one person to make a powerful difference in the world.
Annabel also has a big interest in food and health and has given talks at schools, wellness centers and at Agape Spiritual Church about the importance of educating oneself and our children about the food we eat and how our daily choices do impact the world around us.

"Honor the Sacred.
Honor the Earth, our Mother.
Honor the Elders.
Honor all with whom we share the Earth:
Four-leggeds, two-leggeds, winged ones,
Swimmers, crawlers, plant and rock people.
Walk in balance and beauty."
